Host: Deb Martin of Portage
Topic: Balancing Retreat Activities and Free Time for Your Participants. How much open and free time do you want to give your participants on your retreats? Is there a formula for deciding how much activity time vs. free time you should plan? How do you know when you're providing value without over-scheduling? What does free and open time look like on your outings? What kinds of activities, if any, are most effective during your free time? Each adventure is different. Come to the call with your examples and specific questions and we'll do our best to help you plan the schedule for your next offering.
